I don't know who I can turn to. ...Hi there,<br /><br /> <br /><br />I don't know who I can turn to. I have a problem with this device. It always loses the connection on my computer. The USB dongle is recognized by the computer, but the pad isn't working. <br /><br /> <br /><br />If I plug the dongle out and then back in, it works again. I already tried different usb ports same outcome.<br /><br /> <br /><br />I also tried it on my lenovo thinkpad, but the error here is similar, it loses contact and after a while the sound comes if you plug something back in.
