Toshiba Satellite - L855-S5155 - Mouse delay after Ctrl+c, ctrl+v

I was trying a Toshiba Satellite - L855-S5155 and I found an strange behavior on Windows 8. Every time I made a ctrl+"any key" combination, the mouse takes some extra millisecond to respond.

So ctrl+c, ctrl+v  and ctrl+z which is very common, freezes for a little while the mouse cursor.

I decided to update the Synaptics Touchpad driver from 16.2.10.5 to version 16.3.15.1. It seems to fix this problem for the moment.
