  1. Hi. Is there any chance that in 2019 you still use this? I'd love to know if this trackpad is recognized as a Windows Precision Touchpad, so that it can use gestures defined with Windows 10 Touchpad settings. Thanks a ton in advance

  2. Hi there,

I don't know who I can turn to. I have a problem with this device. It always loses the connection on my computer. The USB dongle is recognized by the computer, but the pad isn't working.

If I plug the dongle out and then back in, it works again. I already tried different usb ports same outcome.

I also tried it on my lenovo thinkpad, but the error here is similar, it loses contact and after a while the sound comes if you plug something back in. On my laptop its changing, the touchpad works for a minute, then it doesn't work for 20 seconds, after that it works for a minute again.

    What can I do?
